Every detail was exceptional ! From the first contact with Michelle to the installation team. Michelle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even offered to send over a window AC unit to get me thru till they could do the installation. It was a life-saver since my system went out during the two hottest weeks of the summer. The installation crew showed up in force with 7 men which is unheard of these days. They immediately went to work with each man choreographed to his job…..no one stood around. They worked straight thru until it was completed. They then went over the control panel and then went thru all the details. My system is a York and it is great. The only other thing they could’ve done to make the experience any better would’ve been tell me it was free !

This review is long overdue. Last year, I bought an older home that needed an entire new HVAC system. I called different companies and eventually picked Climate Controllers, and I could not be happier. Steve came to my house and listened to what I wanted and helped me determine what was best for my home. It was a large project replacing 3 different units and re-doing much of the duct work. Every single guy worked hard to install the system and did an exceptional job, with a great attitude. What has impressed me even more was the service AFTER the sale was long over. I had a couple of small hiccups with the unit. Nothing major, but needed some adjustments and tweaks. They responded quickly and truly wanted to help and fix what was wrong.....without charge. I can honestly say, these people really do stand behind their products and work. I highly recommend.
