We probably have not changed our prices since you were here last!! You can swipe a card at the machine, so you don’t have to bring a lot of quarters anymore. Our largest washer at our Augusta location holds about five loads of clothes and cost six dollars. Our smallish washer cost $2.75 and holds about two loads. Our attendance tell us that most loads will dry for about $1.25. It depends on the weight of the clothes, but a quarter will run the smaller dryers for eight minutes. We look forward to seeing you!

If you choose to have them wash it it is 1.25 per pound with 10.00 as a minimum charge.

There is a coin shortage in America right now due to the US Mint’s closure during COVID quarantines. As a result, our bank (and many others) is having difficulty getting quarters, so we really need to keep our quarters inside our facility and keep recycling them between our washers and dryers and our change machine. For this reason, we ask that only customers use our change machines since quarter supply is so limited and we deal with this national trial. For some, quarters are the only way our customers can start machines to do their laundry. Yes, our change machines are intended for Lucy’s customers.
