Do not expect professionalism. Do not expect compassion. Do not expect "perpetual care." And most of all do not expect to be followed up with about ANYTHING. The only way you will get a response is by TEXT MESSAGE and even then no one will return your calls- you will have to call repeatedly and leave more unanswered messages. If you ask any questions you will be met with condescending remarks. They WILL talk down to you. Unfortunately once your loved one is in the ground and the money is paid you are on your own. If you have a choice steer VERY clear of this cemetery and if you're locked in on using them I suggest preparing yourself for disappointment. I understand to them this is just another work day and just another body in the ground but ultimately this is someones loved one and at the very least the family should be treated with respect.

My grandmother was buried there over a year ago and her headstone was paid for and still no headstone. I would not recommend Hillcrest at all. I am still waiting 1.4 yrs on her headstone to be placed. This is unacceptable!!!

Hillcrest and Daniel Wright was very exceptional with me and the family during my difficult time. Since I don't live in the area, they took care the arrangements online. I would recommend them 1000 %!

Most people leave artificial flowers but I think live flowers would be ok.

Honestly I would search online for places local. I believe there is a place on Walton Way in Augusta.
