In light of all comments/complaints about certain complexes, keep in mind that all experiences will be different. I have experienced a great office staff and management; as well as the maintenance staff before the new company took over in either December 2021 or January 2022. Things are getting done, but not in a timely manner. The maintenance seems to not know how to prioritize. The new maintenance staff has been in my place several times...not fixing the issue the first time. However, when Javon S. has comes through, the issue is an easy resolve. My sink leaked for 3 days after the new maintenance guy supposedly fixed the problem. The original problem was that my main bathroom sink was draining slow. My new smart lock had me stuck in my house one night for 10mins. If there was a fire, me and my family would have died if the building on fire. Now, 2 days later, one of the guys just put a bandaid on the issue. Which was that the nail where the lock comes out would get stuck and make the lock jam. Javon S. came to the rescue and I haven't had an issue since. He is here to make sure things are right. Period.

Javon is a really respectful maintenance man alway on time and helpful the four years I have live here he has alway been professional and work orders been done in a fashionable time frame

I moved out in late May and have been struggling ever since to get my damage deposit back. There's been no accusation of damage (I was told when I left that I'd get the DD minus the last month utilities within a few weeks) - they just didn't mail me my check after numerous reminders (it's now been over three months). I suppose it's easier to steal my $1000 than mail a check all the way to Canada (and yes, they did know I was from Canada when I moved in and when I left). They have now started ignoring my voice messages and emails. I wonder who gets to keep my money... Is that Conam? Or Escena? Or Ali? You have all my contact info. Please do reach out to resolve this and I'll remove this review. Otherwise, readers should assume it's never been resolved. [Update Sept 9, 2022]: I was told a few days ago (the day after posting this review) that they now have my DD check (I'm not sure if they had it the whole time?) and will mail it within a day. I did not yet receive confirmation that it has been mailed. I understand there is new management there now, and I understand that even the best managers can't fix mistakes instantly, so I have high hopes that this will be resolved shortly. I will remove this post once I receive my DD check. [Update Sept 20, 2022]: I was told that the check really was sent ~2 weeks ago. Still waiting on it. Hopefully soon.
