Let’s start with the basics the Robison group is horrible management. They play a game where they switch regionals mangers almost every month so nothing gets done. We have had a total in 6 month 4 new mangers and 4 new reginoqls that promise they fix things and don’t. The service you pay for is never rendered. I have requested to fix leaks and issues with sewage run off from pipes and roofs they never fixed. Flooding In my apartment that still to this day has not been addressed. If you have to find a place to move find some where else. They apartments don’t look like the pics. The pics are of a mock of the real ones which have more issues. Bottom line find a better place. This is not worth money or time. This is some of the many photos I e taken.
