Minuet Senior Apts. In Las Vegas are truly wonderful. The property is part of the Ovation Property Mgmt. Janine Lindsey, Community Manager is absolutely gifted at her job. She is always professional, kind and supportive. As is her entire staff. The bldgs are clean, the tenants are charming. It's a great family atmosphere.

I moved in to Minuet Senior Living Apts. in November. When I first arrived I was totally impressed and in awe of the cleanliness of the place, as well as the decor. Then I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff. Lacie and Janine are true gems. Every time I see them they are always very professional and well as personable. Not only are they always nicely dressed and beautiful, there inner beauty is the most important. They also genuinely care about the renters here. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff working here. I am proud to call Minuet my home! :-) Keep up the good work Lacie and Janine! I appreciate you!!! KUDOS!!!

The Apartment complex is clean and very well-kept. The staff is amazing and very helping. I had the pleasure of working with Lacie. She was very nice, respectable, and very helpful. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I want to give a special thanks all the staff members, office and grounds crew for putting forth a great effort to make this place so amazing.

Ovation
There is a wait list. You have to put a $250 deposit to get on the list. Rent is dependant on your income. Total deposit is $500
Not sure of the max amount. But if you exceed the max your rent is higher.
You only need to bring a $50 money order to be placed on the wait list. Yes, it is refundable. It also goes toward your security deposit.

They just broke ground not long ago. Last i heard the anticipated opening date is Sept 2019. I drive by today and they are bringing in fill dirt.
Minuet II is located next door to Minuet. There is a new complex that is in the planning stage to be built on Tenaya, south of the Albertsons on Craig and Tenaya. The projected opening date is September 2019
