The pool has not been cleaned for weeks from what I've experienced, I've attempted to go swimming a few times since it's been 100°+. There are dead bees and I even seen a dead roach in there. I moved here because there is a pool, so I'm pretty disappointed.

I can't believe this apartment doesn't have security camera on their front gate. The front gate was fixing today while im driving out that gate just closed on me and hit my car door. The guy whos fixing the gate he doesn't look at the gate while he fixing. Im asked the manager about security camera on the front gate to check who fault. But they didn't have one. And She said " im just in the middle I can't do anything " im understand that. but very upset the way they act. They don't care about resident any happen to us! Lucky me just the door hit. I can't Imagine if anyone get hurt by some creeper at night on the front gate! Very disappointed.

Overall a good place to live, top-notch appliances including a brand new washer/dryer and a very powerful dishwasher. Yes the buildings are aging, however maintenance did an outstanding job responding to the dripping water and fixed my issue right away. Groundskeeping has the place spotless, you don't see trash everywhere or step in dog droppings like I've seen at other apartments, Riley and his crew take pride in craftsmanship. Management is very accommodating and if you read the negative reviews, I believe that speaks more about the lack of character of the people posting than the community itself. Essentially, the type of people that write negative reviews tend to unnecessarily ***** about things and come across as overly dramatic and petty, please ignore them. Considering the location and the amenities, the value is very good. Sure you could pay $200-300 more per month in rent for a brand new place with a bigger gym, pool, fancy outdoor kitchen/community grilling area, etc. or you could save $100-200 by renting several miles north in a more sketchy area... but in my opinion Sunset Springs is just right- a great compromise of affordability and quality.

Yes.
I just moved in 2 days ago. The paper I read said if its anything negative on your rental report your deposit will be higher. But it didnt say you would be automatically denied.
Call them.
You have to fill the application forms for all, 45$ for each person in form of DEMAND DRAFT (DD). Then you have to submit that form with copy of your ID's, your SSN required, DD for security deposit .
For 1BEDROOM is 800$. So for 2bedroom is definitely more than than.
