I waited until I moved out/got my deposit back (wow I got it fast) to write this just so I could give an accurate review from beginning to end. I lived here for 9 months. The application process was easy (plus if you apply for one apt with the management company, it can be used for other properties they have). They have an easy to use website for paying rent. I got my deposit back quickly and they did not try to nickel and dime me on it. Jody has done a great job with this property and has a very responsive support staff. The courtyard is really pretty and it’s nice to have a pool/hot tub for the price being paid. It’s an older building, but they’ve been renovating the rooms as people move out. It’s inexpensive for the Vegas area. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the property clean. The only downside is the immediate area. The homeless in the area can on occasion (not often) be a problem. Whenever there was a problem, management was great about finding a solution.

They upkeep with everything around here: pool, laundry, units, foliage, etc. This place is certainly nicer than most other places downtown — you almost forget you live downtown, here. It’s very quiet, and peaceful for the most part. I’ve lived here for eight years, and the ladies in the office, as well as the handy maintenance men are very helpful! Thank you FV.

Just monthey. $625 or $650. All one bedroom. Huge, gated, management on the property as well as maintenance. Clean, no bugs. Now the rent is$ 680/month. All one bedroom apartments. Btw, it's not a weekly complex.
Depends on how much you use. I'm on the equal payment plan. I also unplug anything not essential even if it's off. An appliance uses a small amount of usage. This cuts down on usage. On equal payment plan NVE assesses your usage every 6 months. I get alerts on my phone with monthly usage. I can estimate my next 6 months by those alerts. Hope this helps! Ex. Electric can opener. I plug in when needing to use. When I'm finished, I unplug. Toaster, coffee maker, etc. My payment now is $64, next 6 months probably about 45- 50 $.
