Laura Gil The Lady In The Picture Is Very Unprofessional, UNCONCERNED & Rude She Doesn’t Try To Hide The Fact She She’s Doesn’t Care About The Tenants Nor Does She Try To Offer Help She Made Several Appointments With Me But Never Showed Up To Any Of Them , Julia Damas The Property Manager Is Just As Bad These Two Women Need To Be Terminated IMMEDIATELY or Regency Will Continue To Lose Future Residents You Guys Have A 2.8 Rating On Google & Its Going To Continue Drop The Longer You Have These Rude Heffers .

Good place for the price. I haven't had any problems with management aside from how long it often takes maintenance to fix stuff. It gets done, but you have to bug them a few times. Very close to the Las Vegas Wash Trail if you're a rider. Oh, also, the cameras they have set up do not work. Someone stole the catalytic converter off my car overnight while I was there. Bad luck.

The office workers don't answer the door or the phone most of the time so its kind of hard to get things handled. It took nearly a month after applying and getting approved before we ACTUALLY got to move in. Maintenence is decent. They fixed all the issues upon moving in within the week. But newer issues are taking a couple of weeks. Parking spots are assigned but good luck getting in yours. I've lived here a few months now and have only gotten to park in my space a few times. The office does nothing but say they're going to post signs. The towing company won't tow without the office calling but the office is closed when I get home from work Update- from 2 stars to one since no stars isn't an option. Originally we had no issues with maintenance but our a/c hasn't been working properly for months now. IF we can and actually get ahold of someone, they say they will send someone out and no one ever shows up OR the person comes and say they fixed it but our air never works. And that's a big if on if you can even get these people to answer the phone. We even called emergency maintenence tonight and they said there is nothing they can do to help us.

Previous resident. No one ever answers the phones ever. Went to the office multiple times and maintenance says office workers aren't in (but their cars are parked there). Moved out over 2 months ago and still waiting for our Deposit to be returned. Tried emailing and calling Westland as well but no respond or call back. Quick to want there rent money but when comes to what we need , they dont reply. Everything is all opened up , but their office is still closed due to covid? okay.
