Been a resident for over a year. I would avoid at all costs. Which will be extreme if you move here. The staff takes a tone of condescension with any issues brought to their attention, and ignores just as many. You’ll get billed for things multiple times and at incorrect amounts, you’ll get promised amenities that don’t ever work, you can expect a revolving range of people as they haven’t taken enough steps to actually stop the not allowed Air B&B renting of the units. Excessive cost almost $2000 a month for a 1 bedroom and you get the pleasure of being treated as if you live in a college dormitory. Definitely avoid, and I would advocate for a new management company. Preferably one that has an intent to earn the money they charge.

In the last year I've witnessed Mgmt come and go. Regardless, any concerns that I have had has always been handled in a timely manner. As of lately we are experiencing discomfort by the upstairs neighbors. The structure amplifies everything they do creating vibrations & resonances in the building. My household is currently experiencing prolonged insomnia. Imagine lying in bed wide awake, unable to get sleep until the neighbors retire in the early morning hours and by then your alarm is going off for work. Jade, I really wish that we could resolve this outside of me having to call & wait for the Police as a last desperate resort or asking to be transferred to another unit on the top floor. For future references add soundproof underlays to help control airborne and impact noises. Installing carpets or EVA foam floor mats is also another option since it might be challenging to remove the flooring and add overlay upstairs. Signed, Sleepless at Jade

I lived here for a year and I loved it. The management was always very friendly and took care of anything I needed (which wasn’t much). The trash valet was a great convenience and the sky lounge is beautiful. My apartment was beautiful and modern! I’m getting married and having a baby so I moved into a house for additional space, but the Jade was my OG bachelorette pad and I loved it! Thanks for everything!

I have a place here and I am very happy with my decision to rent a place at Jade. At first the management was unless and things were not getting taken care of and I had countless issues. I believe the property made a change and put Mercedes in charge and since then things have gone perfect. The office staff has always responds promptly and handles everything professionally. Also the maintenance guys are really good they have fixed a few things in my apartment and they always get it done the same day as I request.
