I lived here for nearly 5 years Office is never open, it’s always locked despite them giving you a key (that doesn’t work). If you complain Kathryn (the manager) and the other girls will claim to have been in a meeting. Don’t bother calling because they will never answer. They will lie to you in the office and then act like they never made any promises. Those things aside, If you enjoy roaches the size of nickels, regular shootings, police raids next to your apartment, and break ins this is the place for you! I experienced all that and even witnessed a child being ran over and killed here. Management will lie about it. Or forget…. But what they won’t forget about is that rental increase. They raised my rent 3-4 times in a year every year because I wouldn’t sign a yearly lease. I”ve never feared so much for my safety and my money in my life and I’m from Chicago. Don’t do it! Don’t trust my word? Knock on any apartment door and hold a conversation with one of the residents. They will tell you

Section 8 housing but it doesn't look like it the apartments are pretty new I'm just renting a bedroom for my brother from the apartment she's a manager here at Boulder Pines so I don't know what her rate is probably pretty expensive there on the higher-end but I want to stay around a thousand bucks I'm not sure
It was a nice place to stay before. Now all you can see is trash on the steps and loud music due to partying

I had to break my lease... the office tells you the same story over and over.... where WORKING on it.... nothing ever gets done.... save yourself the headache and trouble.... I'm a native from vegas I've never seen so many disrespectful dirty foul mouth kids in my life... I wish my kids would... Yeah DON'T DO IT...
Yes Gloria call the phone that they NEVER answer or come to the office from 8-5 when they never open the door because everybody is always on”Lunch”. It’s best to only deal with Branden,the females in here are always PM’Sing.
