Worst experience ever... Water don't get turned on until months into new year, and they bill you way before that. And on top of it, they send a 60 day late charge for water that I. Not entitled to even use... I hate this place and how they operate... Seriously consider to turn yard to decorative rock...

Demanding! On something that's supposed to be a service. Giving out large start up summer bill when it's not time to water yet. Then charging late fees when your not using the water. Also they worked on neighbor yard and flushed out all of our new wood chips. Careless of their customers, wait until May 1st to water but pay it by April or get hit with late fees!!
