Products are okay, they don’t use insulated number 10 cans, employees don’t know much about the products (what is the moisture content of the wheat?….no one knows)….for very basic storage needs and not the highest quality it’s a good price. Also they don’t take cash!!!!!!! That really bothers me especially since it’s there to serve people in need and the LDS church is a champion of budgeting and living within your means —- now they REQUIRE purchase by credit card??!?? I can’t believe that.

You don't need an appointment. After you have your order ready, they will send you the order number along with their open hours. You can go any time during those open hours.
If you need food, you have to talk with the bishop and you area. Go to the bishop store or call and the people who works there have the better answer for you. I don't know if I really understand your question.
