I won’t write details because l thought we had a relationship with the provider who has been seeing me for almost 7 years. Today, he was behind one hour. I arrived 20 minutes to my appointment and he took another patient before me. I tilde them that l needed to leave because l has been waiting for long time and he did not care about. Then l decided to wait and the nice receptionist said that he just had left because l canceled . Sadly, l saw a patien just leaving that made me though that he was there and decided not to see me. For the fist time in this clinic l felt discriminated by my provider. I decided not to come back as a patient for the poorly service and behaviour. I don’t recommend Kesville Clinic because they are always behind and because during these year my provider did not referral me with the right specialists. Hesitate to go to that clinic.

Came in to get a test for my 6 month old son so he could have surgery at primary children’s and they didn’t complete it in time. Had to go up to primary children’s to repeat the same test. AND still got billed for their mistake! What a joke!

[Edit: Today was actually quite quick. I hardly waited ten minutes each in the waiting room and the exam room. Upgrading from 2 to 4 stars. We will see how future appointments go. (my wife still waited a while yesterday)] Lovely place if you just need to slow down and relax. Come on in for a chance to sit in the waiting room for half an hour, and in the exam room without a doctor for 25 minutes more. I've wanted to write this review several times, but I'm finally so tired of waiting today, I'd just go ahead and do it. average wait time combining waiting room and exam room probably totals about 45-70 minutes. I'm really not sure why they are so consistent about making people wait. I get that offices are behind sometimes. but this is every. single. visit. "show up 15 minutes early to make sure paperwork is all updated" okay. so I do, and it tacks on 15 minutes to my waiting time. If I came 30 minutes late, I have a feeling they wouldn't appreciate that. So why do I get to sit in the waiting room that long. Background: been coming here about twice a year, for five years. (they work nice with my insurance, part of IHC network, and the doctors are pretty reasonable, even if they keep moving/changing - I'm on my third one).
