I came in person to cancel our family membership, as we were moving, and was told I'd be charged one more month because they require 30 days notice. I realized 6+ months later (after the chaos of a long distance move) that we were still being charged. I called to have it cancelled again and was told that they would not refund the money because I couldn't prove I'd already cancelled the membership, and they would charge me for one more month. Again. Will it stick this time? Who knows. Feels like a scam.

EoS Kaysville is the best! The facility and equipment are well maintained and very clean. The staff is so welcoming and always helpful.

Had to call twice to find out if they do day passes. I had to wait for the customer service guy to screw around wasting my time for 10 mins both times, both times he tried to dodge my question and get me over to a sales person. The first time he told me someone would call me back to answer my question (that he clearly knew the answer to). No one called. The 2nd time I finally got an answer out of him that they do. But when I asked for how much he pulled the same dumb trick where he tried to patch me through to someone else, I just hung up at that point as he was wasting my time and being difficult. I showed up and when I asked for a day pass he asked how old I was... kind of inappropriate. Then he said it would be $20 and "was I sure I still wanted to do it?". The scrawny buzz cut kid should be fired, he is not helpful at all and incredibly unprofessional. Is he a nepotism hire? Also $20 for one day when they charge $10 per month is ridiculous, but whatever. Won't go again. Wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. Vasa is infinitely better.

I dont work for EOS. But EOS isn't VASA, that would be like getting mad that Vasa or EOS isn't open 24/7 but anytime fitness is? And each EOS like VASA's are franchise based owner ship so hours will very with each location. Like the EOS in layton is open earlier than the EOS in kaysville and such.
