Facilities and restrooms were filthy, stained walls and ceilings, no soap in the restrooms, all two of them… Music by decree posted upon entry was limited to headphones only; no music played by management…. Posts in gym demanding no use of cell phones This is a gym for members who pay monthly and annual dues. We abide by the bylaws of the company. Every franchise owner and manager should as well. My wife and I have traveled the southwest and have gone to many Anytimes. We’ve never been so disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this gym for awhile and haven’t had any complaints until recently. There seem to be a lot of teenagers letting friends in and hanging out while others are trying to use the space/equipment. They have also been putting the fan away in the aerobic room every night, even though it is so hot and I’m in the middle of using it. I really hope something is done about these issues because they make working out at anytime fitness quite unpleasant.

Staff interrupts on the phone closer to the end of the call and hung up as if they have some type of inferiority complex. This clearly didn't sit very well with me. Shame because I was looking for a gym nearby that wasn't a workplace gym since my work doesn't have all of the equipment I need; this location would have been a good candidate. But the phone rep did a fantastic job of reminding me that certain gyms tend to have meat head or rude people working there, they did not do a great job of representing their business well in this regard. For this reason i'll stick to my workplace gym nearby (near traverse mountain) where I can bring all of my friends and family to workout at no cost (and ofcourse no insecure meat heads).

Great gym! Love all of the updated equipment. I was having an issue with my membership not working and spoke to several different staff members and they were all super kind and helpful. This gym is rarely busy after 5pm. Never have an issue with a specific machine being available.

We are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week including holidays.
We have abundant parking very close to gym entrance.
I don't understand this statement Scott, Anytime Fitness has always provided 24 hour access. Its possible that during renovation or initial launch hours were possibly limited. I was a member at this gym for at least 10-years prior to purchasing it. Its always be open 24x7.
Key fobs work world wide after the initial 30-days of purchase.
