I have been living here for almost 4 years and they were good managers until recently when they have proven they do not know how to add. At the end of last year they tried to charge us almost $300 more rent than was due and recently sent us a letter with numbers that don't add up and are still over charging us . When they told us we owed 840 and then said 910 and then 938.71 and then 1019.21 all in the same letter and a phone call.. They cannot add correctly or tell you how much the amount you owe is. Randomly giving you so much stress over as it turns out their inability to add correctly or communicate why they are saying one thing and another that never equals the total they give you. Don't move in here if you want clesr information because you won't get it and they never will explain the discrepancies. Update: Even with thier response, I gave them in writing a request for an explaination and they never responded with an explaination. So this reply on here is simply them trying to save face on this bad review. When someone gives you a request in writing and they do not respond to it there is a serious problem. Not to mention they did not once appologize for the over charging or the stress it caused me and my family. I still would NEVER recomend renting here.

The apartment is really nice but if you have a car is hard to find parking at night.

One of the worst places I almost stayed at looking at the reviews they should be happy anybody's even trying to give them business let alone they thinking that they're good enough to turn someone down you can find a way better place without the hassle
