I just moved in and everything is falling apart I don’t like it here I’m so sad my kids don’t like it here it’s only been 30 days in my garbage disposal don’t work the water is not coming out right and they’re charging $129 for water that I don’t even use I’m gone five days out of the week at work and my kids at school we’re barely here but yet I’m paying $129 for water and in my house it was only $50

Edit**** see bottom for changes*** This is the nicest place I’ve lived in this city. I was born and raised here and as an adult I’ve lived in a lot of different areas. East side, north side, Henderson. This place though beats them all for me. The management is caring and the unit is beautiful. Maintenance is on top of everything, it’s affordable, and my kids have a ton of room to grow and play with a school in walking distance 🥰 I am so happy I moved here. ***Update: 03/23/2022 New management from California took over and people are leaving in droves. Very dissatisfied with the new owners. The same place is a lot more costly with more restrictions and zero results. Do not move here ! It’s not worth the price they are asking. ***Update 07/16/2022 The community is nicely kept in some areas. The new paint and light fixtures are beautiful but the orange doors are hideous. Feels like a jail. The playground needs to be redone completely. The gate works more often than not. This is a change, thanks to the cameras. Providing an additional pavement path near the parking would help avoid the constant need to rerake the rocks, wasting time and money.
