Unfortunately I was forced to give this facility 1 entire star rating (because there is not a lesser option). I don't know what the standards are that would qualify a complex advertise as Senior Living but I would consider Sonoma Palms more of a concentration camp. The fact that my mom was scared to death and begged me not to post this should say it everything!!! If you care about the seniors in your life do not let them rent at Sonoma Palms!!!

Is this based on income
It is billed as an active senior community. There are physicians that see you in your home for everything including xrays, the pool is only 3 feet deep, half of the residents are riding motorized chairs. The property has a gate for restricted access. Other than these accommodations there is no active property management assistance service there.

There are scorpions at this complex. They can enter the apartment if you don't have it sprayed. You can also properly seal your apartment to keep them out.
