Can a couple that is not married enter together? Also are there lockers to put our belongings during the day while we go out?

Yes they can, me and my have been there twice together. Yes each form have there own lockers with combination locks, I'm not sure about husband and wife staying there together, I don't think I have ever been there while a husband and wife.

You have to be a Delaware County resident and go to Connect by night shelter first to be referred to the life center they no longer take people walking in and a code blue is one night
