I had a very extremely kind case worker who gave me the proper work papers that I needed to fill out. The ones that came in the mail were useless since I no longer have Long term Personal Care. She gave me the correct paperwork with what I needed stamped on it. I took it home and filled out as much as possible due to severe cataracts that I need renewed MA for so that everything isn't bea blur and I am so bad that I can not even tell what color many it's are. I need the ok s expedited because I really need to see. I went to the supposed nearest CAO after showing the Seota Driver where I needed too go that was typed out on a piece of paper. What should have taken like 12 minutes ended up taking me through the entire route. The bus driver felt bad but he had thought there was another broad and Sedgeley. So by the time I got back to my stop it was 4:45 so too late with their closing time at 5 pm. I have Narcolepsy and hyposomnia and hypersomnia. so never woke up until around 2 pm. I had a telehealth appt at 2:45 so had to keep that and hopefully my alarms will wake me up in the morning. It is frustrating. I really would have only been a couple days late because I had Covid and finding the proper place to go was very. Difficult. I plan to leave by 7 to 7:15 so I am near the beginning of the line. I pray they can expedite my Medicaid.

Mr. Simon treats black people like dogs. He talks to us as if we’re dumb and cuts off our sentences and over talks when we are talking. Seeing how he talks to people is alarming and he should not work in the front.
