I think that the people who answer the phone should be a little more friendly not to mention that they don't have anyone who speaks Spanish.

I thought the staff at the front desk were very rude and unhelpful. The older woman who works at the front desk (definitely on Tuesdays) replied to my question " I dk I dont have any kids".

Does anyone know of a place that helps with Bus Passes? My daughter has multiple appointments weekly since she was assaulted and left for dead in an attack last December. She has doctors app'ts and court dates dates along with terapy for het PTSD
