Liheap is wat Usef requires u2 apply 4 b4 they help n after that u hav2 have another shut off notice sad 2say but at this time I myself have found out funding 4peco elsewhere is not available but you can call or stop the location and they can give you more information also...Personally I jus had2 set up a payment plan but apply 4 cap program with peco which is way more afforable than a payment plan...hope I was able to help

What happens when someone who lived in one of ur housing moves out My Mother who lives next door to one of ur houses has been upset since these people move in. There is so much trash that we had to hire an exterminator$ 4/21/2018. Please be careful
