Please, if you care about your loved ones, please don’t send them here. We took my grandmother out of this place and sent her to The inn at belden village. She spent over 2 weeks without a shower. She smelled and was declining severely. Others were being fed and they “forgot” on numerous occasions to bring food to my nana’s room. Thankfully we were there to catch it. But I’m certain there were many other times she was not being fed. When we complained that she hadn’t had a shower in weeks, they said “we are sorry we have been understaffed since 2020 because of Covid” and they STILL didn’t bathe her. Her nails were horribly long. They never cleaned her room, there was a mess on her floor they let sit for days. They mistreat their guests in every way possible.

Everyone is very efficient and friendly. They did everything to accommodate my father’s needs. The PT, OT and social worker are phenomenal.

I was quite pleased with the care my mom received on her recent admission for therapy. It’s such a good feeling to know your family is well taken care of. Even all of the people in the office and administration went out of their way to be helpful!

The Rehab department work closely with my Father after a fall due to his Parkinson’s. Nursing staff amazing! The social services staff assisted my Father with the transition to Assisted Living when he said he was ready. Laurels of Massillon was definitely a good choice for our family.
