My daughter was there for skilled to get stronger after 8 months in hospital from complications from a surgery. There was maybe one nurse who really cared about my daughter. The rest didn’t seem to. There were times my daughter had to wait over and hour for someone to put her on a bedpan. One night there was only one nurse on the floor daughter had to wait forever for meds. She was throwing up for a week and they didn’t give her any iv fluids so she got severely dehydrated we told them we thought she had an UTI never did anything. Went to the hospital and was told she did have one. Her one wound was leaking with puddle under here they never changed the bedding. Wouldn’t record her drains right. They are short staffed and shouldn’t have so many patients to one nurse. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone

Hanover has excellent care and accommodations for the elderly and one of the best Activities Director’s & Life enrichment programs I’ve seen to date. I would strongly recommend Hanover Healthcare to anyone.

The worst place !!! They have dropped the ball numerous times on doing their job ! I'm so disgusted with how a family member is being treated you call no answere and they don't call back even though they tell u they will when u eventually get a hold of them.

Worst work experience yet…. I couldn’t grow as a person or social worker. Was belitttled constantly… I literally felt like a crurled up person because I didn’t trust anyone… I will never work in any long term care after the experience I had here. I was be littled daily. I dreaded walking into this building. There was less drama in high school. If you don’t fit in their “click” they’ll force you out. leaving here was best thing I did for myself.
