I stayed here about a year. Listen, it’s not a 5-Star complex, but also not something downtown either. It’s literally NEXT TO THE STRIP, can’t ask for a better location. And it’s super quiet, never had an issue in the year I lived there. When I first moved in it was great and peaceful, about six months in they hired security to roam the parking lot every day overnight which was nice. The only thing I would have a complain about is that someone from the office (or another tenant) walks around in the middle of the night checking your car and if there’s anything wrong with it she will call the tow truck to come pick it up. I caught her many times checking out my roommates car and she would put a tag on it and I had to tell her hey we live here this is our parking spot. I had to go back-and-forth with the office to let them know that that was my roommates car until she finally left it alone. But EVERY night around midnight or 1 AM she would walk around the parking lot with a flashlight checking cars. I understand that you don’t want people parking there, specially because it’s literally next to the strip and it’s a perfect location to park if you’re going to go party on the strip. But you have to remember that at the time, during Covid not many people were able to renew the tags because the DMV was a shitshow last year. Idk why she was checking tags and if they were expired she’d call the private tow company to swing by and lift your car away. Even after I had told them hey that’s our car. Checking cars to see if they belong there, great. But checking your plates or tags to see if they’re expired? I don’t think that’s her job but anyway. I loved the area, not a lot of noise AT ALL it’s very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are very to themselves which is nice. Pool is nice, they renovated the laundry room which was amazing too. Not much to complain about, not a bad place to rent.

If I was able to give this nasty roach infested, BIG New York size rat infested, unprofessional, broken down, place a rate of 0 stars, I WOULD! I have never felt so low until staying here. They do not fix anything you ask to be fixed , they only want the money they don’t care about the tenants , they don’t care about the apartments, they just don’t care at all. This made my entire Las Vegas experience the worse yet. They had leaks every other day, the air never works in the summer only the winter. I have contacted the BBB in regards to the foul play going on with the apartments and now have a General Attorney helping with my case. Do not stay here, nothing but you having to sue the entire agency is going to come out of your stay.

No, we do not have a roach issue. We also have exterminators that come to spray outside of the buildings, the common areas, outdoor grounds and inside of units every 2 weeks.
They are closed on weekends. Only open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
Yeah they go up every year. And no the Utilities is not included
I found it by looking up, "The Oasis apartments.com". Old apartment buildings, but still pretty nice. I pay $840 a month, don't know if there's any available though.
