Do not use Petro if you need a propane tank for a gas hook up. They have completely disappointed us at every turn. They outright lied about the expected timeframe for completion of the propane hook up. They extort you into paying THEIR prices for a permit application that we could do on our own. We were told the whole process would be done in 4 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks and Petro still hasn’t even submitted our permit application to the town. And at this point we have sunk too much time into this with them that we can’t even back out and choose to go with another company. I would rather pay double to another company than deal with Petros incompetence. They are a sleazy, shady company.
