Very affordable considering the prices of apartments nearby. You will have to deal with bad neighbors….Neighbors banging on your windows all thru the day and night, rattling your door handle, and allowing their kids to jump on your AC unit. Management would not allow me to make a formal complaint. My other problem is that you need to be aware that you will not get your whole security deposit back. Even though the lease specifies that it can be used IF NEEDED. Not definite. I assumed this would be true and cleaned to be sure I got the deposit back. They took almost $200 from it and said it’s for deep cleaning even tho I already had. So just don’t be counting on that full deposit back.

These apartments are poorly ran and in poor condition as well as rat infested.

People play overly loud music all night . Management does nothing. I bet if they lived there and heard it it would be a different story
