I’ve lived here for 5 years there’s never been a renovated unit. As of right now there isn’t one.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr.Chris Love. He has made such an improvement to the property in such a short period of time. He was very helpful and was able to provide a solution to our dilemma. The entire staff has been replaced and now you are greeted with a friendly smile. Security for the property has increased and future plans are going to make the property a more enjoyable place to live. Kudos to you Chris all of your hard work is making a much needed difference. Keep up the good work cause your residents really do appreciate it.

Don’t be fooled by the new renovated apartment advertisement it’s nothing of what they said it is. The office is the only nice place on this property. Walk and drive through the property and see the apartment before agreeing to anything. There’s is nothing secure about this place it’s not a lock gate on this property. Seeing is believing. They never have any models to show you because there’s are no new renovated unit. Don’t fall for the virtual tour because there is no such unit on this property. They tell you one price thinking you get a renovated unit then comes time for the move in they come with this over priced amount for the upgraded unit that’s not ready and tell you about classic style unit DO NOT settle for it will be the worst mistakes you ever made. The photos are the Cambridge St entrance. The back of the property.

UPDATE 9/3: FURIOUS and disgusted! We have NO working plumping... sent another maintenance request (sent one two days ago about the sink not draining right and garbage disposal broke and shower faucet not working right), then went in to the office (after calling multiple times and no one picking up) then called later in the day someone picked up said they would call me right back with an update (never called) office closed for the day... called emergency maintenance line... now 1 1/2 hours later call emergency line for update (cant give an update but stated manager and maintenance was notified). We cant use toilets and sewer has filled the tub and shower and overflowed to bathroom floor. Sink drains (but takes an eternity). Asked what protocol is... can I call a plumber or motel for the night or what... no one can answer that. I just need steps to take and an answer. :( ------------------------------------------------------- I've lived in apartments all my adult life. I have never had so many issues in my life. No one EVER answers the phone. I leave messages and never have I received a call back. Maintenance requests take days to weeks to fix (although better now than with previous staff). Car window broke out last week. Multiple packages stolen from door step. Patio kicked in. Not at fault of the Apartment itself but we even have had an attempted break-in, in the middle of the night. Currently on day 2 of no hot water even after submitting maintenance request and calling (with no answer). Pool still not open and gym only open during the day till office closes. Same with the laundry and mail room! Why are we paying for amenities that any working person can't partake in?!

High way robbery.
Tenants are having drugs delivered to them in the mail. So now they must go to the post office, and open it in front of a manager or supervisor during normal business hours
All separate
I'm pretty sure they open at like 8am or 9am. I lived there for a year. As lomg as you can fix things yourself then the complex is fine. I never had any issues with neighbors. I moved out because of no washer and dryer in any unit. The laundry facility on site broke down a lot and took a long time to fix. I also had bed bugs ... First time in my life. Told the office "Ok we will send someone tomorrow" Tomorrow never came. Had to spend my own money and handle it myself. Otherwise no issues. Big spaces for a cheaper amount of rent.
I would just come down here to the main office
LMFAO 😎👌👀👂⏳🏁
This is a third chance apartment community
The price for a 2 bed 2 bath have different ranges. $755-$850 plus $30 CAM fee plus $100-$150 water, sewer and trash fee monthly.
8 am to 5 pm but I don't recommend anyone to go at anytime cuz there is a gang hitting constantly Mi Casita Apartment's residents , my mother was asaulted inside her appartment by 2 afro Americans , other asaults had been reported by residents . Even a guy got shot in the head in the parking lot , but hey people still living there. Don't be afraid 😉
Good Morning Lamont, Please be advised that we are not a low income property and in order to apply you must meet 3 times the rent.
It is 2x the rent. Always make 2.5x just in case tho to cover added fees. There's a $30 CAM fee and you also have to pay water, sewer and trash. That can range from $100-$150 a month.
Yes, there is a deposit. Background and credit check is done to see if you are approved to move in. Having an eviction will disqualify you from moving in with them. The price for a 2 bed 2 bath have different ranges. $755-$850 plus $30 CAM fee plus $100-$150 water, sewer and trash fee monthly.
If you have had an eviction you will be denied. If your credit is bad then you will just pay more to move in if there are any deals going on.
I'm thinking about moving there hopefully I'll see you there sharon it looks pretty nice
I'm not sure. When I went to look back in June, I was given the run around and not allowed to see any units before paying $140 for a background check and reservation fee. So I passed! If you don't pass the credit and background check, they keep the reservation fee. I wasn't going to put money out without even seeing an apartment. The whole thing seemed pretty sketch.
