I'm pretty sure they open at like 8am or 9am. I lived there for a year. As lomg as you can fix things yourself then the complex is fine. I never had any issues with neighbors. I moved out because of no washer and dryer in any unit. The laundry facility on site broke down a lot and took a long time to fix. I also had bed bugs ... First time in my life. Told the office "Ok we will send someone tomorrow" Tomorrow never came. Had to spend my own money and handle it myself. Otherwise no issues. Big spaces for a cheaper amount of rent.
I've been here six years and I was going into the office to re-sign my lease and when she told me what they were doing and what they're charging dumbfounded me and I'm out of here at the end of August. A lot of people are not understanding that the rent they are charging you which mine will be going up to $625 is what I was told they also are adding on per month $150 for water trash common area fees security fees and whatever else it is extra that has to be paid for. And for the signing of the lease you have to agree to them going up on your extra fees during your lease so even though they can't raise your rent through release they can raise the extra fees so for s studio if I was to stay here I would be paying $770 a month not doing it not when there are homeless people that live in these vacant apartments here nope not I...
Honestly I’m sure most people have a decent experience with the property depending on their expectations or quality of life that they are used to.. With a Complex being basically the size of three or more complexes together I’m sure it couldn’t be bad for everyone 🤷♂️ But, when people leave reviews it’s based on their experience so that needs to be respected and understood. I would have probably stayed if 1. the cars weren’t getting broken into 2. The Homeless weren’t constantly sleeping on my steps 3. The Gang activity 4. the constant Account errors and over charges That would take weeks at times to clear up
How would you have bed bugs? These units aren’t furnished ma’am.
