Don’t come here!! Go to another store! I came to return my equipment and was standing there for about 5 minutes, I understand that the 2 ladies working in the front were kinda busy but still they didn’t ask if I needed help or anything! There was another lady in the back room (office) she just looked at me and continued scrolling on her computer.

Good and fast customer service. But don't let that fool you. They like to mislead their customers into thinking that you will get a $50 rate plan just to get you to sign up and later find out that the manager lied and the so called $50 plan doesn't even exist and then you get stuck with paying through the nose for a plan that you didn't even know you were signed up for. Only to go back later and discover that the office has been closed and no longer open for business and no one is there to verify your claims.

We use this internet service for our retail business and it is the most unreliable internet I have ever used, constantly goes out causing issues with cc processing and other business functions that need internet, highly do not recommend
