I always had a great experience here with nurse practitioner Garcia; however, since she has left I have only had bad experiences. Wait times are long, the doctor didn’t really seem to be listening, and when I requested a copy of my medical record, they denied it and said I could only get it after the doctor reviewed it. I asked how long it would take for the doctor to review my medical record and they said they didn’t know.
