Excellent attention to detail and care given. Dr. Ma and his staff have been fantastic, even with COVID going around, they find ways to make it convenient and fast. I highly recommend!

My experience was that this office is unorganized. My insurance was charged for some else’s procedure. Dr Ma is always late for my appointments. I have gone 3 times now and then he actually charged me a fee for an extended appointment time when he was the one 30 min late and the time after that I waited an hour. He rushes and I did not feel he thoroughly listened to any of my needs.
