Not the best patient assistance in regards to appointment scheduling, cancellation and phone call access. I was running late because of a toddler emergency, and tried reaching out to inform them of my situation, but only to be put on hold for over 30mins. By the time I got there, I was already marked as a “No show” and no further assistance extended. Told to go to urgent care instead. There’s a reason as to why someone would choose a specialist instead of urgent care. I’d suggest to seek appointments at another location but this one. More friendly and hospitable employees.

UPDATE: My follow up appointment was a much better experience. They kept appointment times, I felt like my doctor was listening to me, and I do feel better since he prescribed and anti inflammatory. It’s still kind of difficult to get them on the phone, and I had difficulty getting a prescription over the phone, but overall, it was a much better experience than last time. Original review: two ⭐️ ⭐️ This place is really not good for several reasons: 1) they don’t keep appointment times well. I had an appointment for 9:10, and I didn’t get taken back until 9:35. Then it was another 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. 2) they hardly answer the phone. If they do, you’ll have been on hold for at least 15 min. 3) the walls are paper thin. I could hear one guy’s appointment through the wall. This one isn’t a huge reason for one star review, but it did make me insecure about my own privacy 4) I’ve never been to an office where you’re REQUIRED to have X-rays before you even get examined. 5) YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWITCH DOCTORS. You are required to stay with the person you start with. I’ve also never been to an office that doesn’t allow you to switch doctors if you had an issue with them. 6) lastly, I felt like my appointment was very rushed because they were overbooked and super busy. I didn’t feel like the doctor really listened to me or what I was saying about my injury. This place’s only redeeming value is that Jamie and Lori were lovely. They seemed to be the only ones in the place that seemed to have any empathy/compassion for patients… many other people didn’t seem to like being there and treated patients rather coldly. I ignored the poor reviews here on Google because I was hopeful, but really, try to find another orthopedic place to go to. This is not worth the headache.

The doctor at this office coded a referral incorrectly. I have called several times and emailed several times to have it corrected so my insurance would cover the procedure. The doctor will not fix her mistake so I am stuck with a 1400.00 bill on my credit report that would only take a five minute phone call to fix.
