I would give it zero if I could. Absolutely ridiculous place. When we first got there the workers key had locked him out so we couldn’t even check in. We had dinner reservations so we asked how long it would be before his manager came to let him in and he just didn’t even care. He said I don’t know hatefully. When we got back we were finally able to get into our rooms. Our friends had bugs in the floor just a couple(still gross) but ours had bugs EVERYWHERE. The floor, the toilet, and then when we pulled the covers back on the bed, more bugs INSIDE the “freshly made” bed. My husband called the desk and the guy acted completely appalled and aggravated that we were complaining. They got us a new room and it was “clean” but still. Worst hotel experience of my life. I will never stay at these hotels again.

Positive: The fact I could get a room at least on short notice Negative: We were locked out when we arrived and the person took too long to come and let us in at just after 10 pm. Breakfast was a joke. Room stank like vomit. Facilities were dirty and dated. Staff was rude and wasn¿t clear with communication.

Room smelled bad, floor wasn't swept properly, fridge was nasty and old af. A guy came out and had a dog with him which was funny. But yeah, ended switching places. Not worth the discomfort the room gave off within the first 5 mins. Maybe one night, but not 3.

Positive: Location Negative: There was a water leak in the bathroom and they said they could not give me another room and they told me I could not use the bathroom sink. They charged me twice for the room and I am fighting with my bank about it right now. They were rude as well.
