Room would be better furnished if we had the option of having 2 queens &1 doulble or 3 queens. Those however were not an option. We had 2 doubles and 1 queen (sofa pull out). Also pool was filled with algae and unuseable.

The front desk service was pleasant and accommodating. However the rooms and cleaning service was less than okay. We had to constantly ask for room service and for trash pick up. The breakfast was good but the quality of food wasn't what we expecting from Homewood Suites. And there was a bad stench in hallway towards front desk due to water leak from ice machine and rooms under repair.

So very dirty…/ absolutely filthy and Hilton should be ashamed. The wall paper falling off the walls, stains all over the ceilings and carpet. The sofa was frayed and needed to be covered with a sheet. Kitchen was falling apart. Shower curtain falling out of the wall. It feels and looks like a Condemned nursing home. I wish I could post pictures

Older property in need of renovation. Clean but worn. No kitchen sink soap, the drain the the bathroom will not close. The soap dish in the shower has been broken off and reglued instead or replaced. Service was very good, and personable.
