Easily one of the best experiences I've had with a public service company, particularly a utility. They have an engineer there, Marc, who is focused on the customer and highly articulate when explaining a situation. We had a broken pipe that was repaired within 4 hours of discovery. Marc explained every step of the way and used every avenue, phone, email and visit t9o the house, to communicate. Thanks for the great service.

Thank you water department workers for taking care of the water main break yesterday. Such hard wet and cold work and you finished it by the end of the day. I have water! Know there is more work to be done for those homes nearer the break, my sympathy to those home owners.

Very professional and efficient. The best experience I’ve had working with any city department. I was able to purchase and install my deductible water meter easily. The gentleman who checked the work and connected the radio box arrived early, set it up in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with my experience.
