6-13-22 to 6-15-22. Hotel looked very nice online with pool on top of bldg. The staff and Valet's very polite & attentive. The bldg. is old, with new guts. Valets were helpful in carrying luggage from vehicle to cart because there is only stairs at the entrance can't get luggage cart to your vehicle. We turned A/C down to cool room, & room never got any cooler than 74-75 degrees. Minimalistic design to rm, not a lot of storage for clothes. When the A/C went out in the bldg. On our 3rd day there rm was 85 degrees, we were told A/C should be okay in an hour +. We stayed in the pool gave it 3 hours, (toilets near pool work sometimes) A/C wasn't fixed. We booked another hotel in the area. Holston let's us check out without hassle, refunded us for the last 2 nights we didn't sleep there and apologized.

Cool old building with vintage details In lobby, the bar looked fun and would have like to gone if we had the time. I really wanted to use the rooftop pool, however it was too windy or too cool either day, and it closes at 8 pm. Kind of disappointed because I paid extra over other places with the idea to use the pool, however that is something I should have expected. Location is great for walking to just about everything. We barely used our car, there is self parking across the street. Highly recommend hop on hop off 🚎.

I cannot thank the staff enough, my flight was cancelled and I had to book a last minute room. I mentioned my flight had been cancelled and they were kind enough to give me a free drink in the bar while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff in the bar were very kind and we had a nice conversation then the front desk person informed me my room was ready. I went to my room and was blown away at the quality of the shower, it was borderline therapeutic. The valet was already quick to open the door too. I really appreciate the service and kindness, if I ever make my way back to Nashville staying here will be my first choice.

We were trying hotels in the area and the only thing good about this hotel is the location.... The rooms are small and remind me of a holiday inn. There's not even a luggage rack to put your bag on in the room. In the pictures it shows a robe for comfort and there also is no robe in the room. The amenities in the winter months are next to none. No pool, no hot tub, no airport shuttle, no laundry on site only dry cleaning to be sent out, and very limited room service. We actually door dashed an order to our hotel and they wouldn't let our dasher come up and wouldn't bring-it up to out room.... Like really?! We can hear soooo many other people and things going on outside of our room from inside our room as well, its SO noisy! For it to hold such a high hotel rating is beyond me!! We have one more night of being uncomfortable to dread in the hotel and it will be the last time we use this hotel
