Positive: Nothing. I had the worst experience. I reported this hotel to the local Better Business Bureau. Negative: I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled of smoke room. Stains on the bedspread, the sheets looked used and had holes, the telephone receiver had unidentified liquid in the cradle and the only chair in the room was stained. I have pictures.

We reserved a smoking room. We got there and there were none. After standing there for about an hour the guy says I have a smoking room! Great! The room was filthy, the air did not work which is why the room became available all of a sudden. The guy we passed outside the office told us he had just moved out of the room because of no air and he had taken the pillows lol so no pillows. When we complained the young guy at the desk was very kind and gave us a non smoking room. But why would he had give us the smoking room when he knew the air didn't work. Oh yea, when I pulled up there was plenty of dope to be had by all the dealers hanging around the back area had what ever we needed they said! My God I'll never be back!

1st of all the main entrance is close, you need to enter the office thru the side. I stayed 5 nights because supposedly breakfast was included, well I went in the first morning and the guy at the front desk said they didn’t provide breakfast. Pretty much all sheets have cigar burns, the towels have either hair, stains or they just smell.

Positive: The lady at the desk was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Drive to Opryland Convention center was only 15 minutes away. We would stay here again. Negative: The bed covering was dirty
