I have been a patient of Elite health for over 10 years. Recently, I had a significant medical need. And attempted to get an appt,. I was an in person appt, since they advised they couldn’t do a telehealth appt. I made arrangements from work to be there, and they called me the day before to cancel my appt, and advised me they couldn’t see me for 2 weeks. I asked to speak with the office manager, to see if their were any other options, since I felt that I needed more prompt care, and was told they would call me back. They never called me back. Seeing as though, my health concern, was not a priority to the staff at Elite health. It left me with a complete lack of confidence. I will no longer be a patient their or recommend anyone

My father has been (was) with Elite Health for the last 2-years. Dr. Rios is the PCP. We only met him once in the 2-year engagement. Don’t expect any visit with this doctor as they work 100% on ARNP. Update: 2/7/2022: My Father just passed due to an Afib condition which was never identified or diagnosed by this facility -- although they claimed that they were established by a Cardiologist. Take it from a past customer, don't believe what you're told and insist on a specialist or an actual doctor when it comes to visiting with your loved one.

Had my appointment today at Elite Health at 1380 S Hiatus Rd with APRN Ana Garcia and am so glad to have her see me for my visits. She is very attentive, caring and puts our needs first. It is a pleasure visiting this location, as everyone involved is prompt and courteous. Thanks to you all😚

Love this office! Excellent doctors and the office staff is amazing. We like being able to see our primary and our cardiologist in the same location as well as so many other services. They make an effort to get to know you and everyone is professional and pleasant. Jennifer is absolutely amazing! Kind and compassionate, she is always willing to help us with anything! Highly recommended Dr. Rivera, Dr. Krichmar, and their staff of nurse practitioners!
