On December 28 I paid for a facial cleansing treatment, 60 units of Jeuveau (not like Rose and German say BOTOX brand was applied) and for 2 Radiesse 1.5 mL Syringes Jeuveau was applied to the forehead, never between the eyebrows. A puncture on each side of the crow's feet. I don't think I've had nearly 60 units of Jeuveau applied to my forehead alone. My forehead is never very wrinkled. You never showed me what brand or product or how much was being applied. I had specifically paid to have Radiesse applied to define all my jawline. You put me in the face, where I never asked, and you did not apply in the whole jawline What's more, I don't like filters on the face, which make it fatter. I AM THE CUSTOMER AND I PAY SO THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE APPLIED WHERE I DECIDE. I sent you a letter demanding that you finish applying Radiesse to my jawlines. GermΓ‘n, in response to my demand, called me and told me that you wanted to solve the problem, he made an appointment for me and said that I would be very happy and beautiful. I went and since more than 40 minutes passed and you didn't attend to me, I complained, so you made me come in, and from the beginning you started attacking me. There were 4 people inside to go against me, who was just myself. Did you want to intimidate me? I asked: is that why you called me? German said we want you to leave happy. He took photos of me according to German, so you could finish the treatment. So, you did bring before and after photos, the first one had a green filter and the second one had a pink filter, telling me that I have to pay more if I want more product applied. I can't believe it, that's how a CUSTOMER is valued. Marylin Segura had made me go to humiliate and mistreat me? How is it possible that you did play with my goodwill and with my time? I was a customer who trusted you and paid to be treated correctly. I AM NOT CLAIMING THE RESULTS, I WAS DEMANDING THAT THE AGREEMENT BE FULFILLED. It would have been enough, ETHICAL and professional, if you had responded in writing to say that you did not agree with my statement, and not put together all that circus. I AM INDIGNANT. ESTHER ROEL
