Very nice hotel. Me and my family went here to see the fourth of July fireworks in downtown Nashville, and our experience was wonderful. It is in a very good location, within walking distance of a lot of the city. The pool was nice, and offers a great view of downtown. Which makes up for how busy it gets. The rooms were good and it was clean. One little problem was service was a little slow, because they only had one staff member running the desk. And they often won't answer phone calls from the room. Also make sure you take the correct elevator for the hotel, there is a Spring Hill suites in the same building. So if you take the elevators for the Springhill Suites hotel, you won't be able to access the Residence Inn rooms. But overall a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed here with my family and wish we could of had more than just one night here. The room was great and so close to the downtown experience. We had four people and a dog. The pull out couch was nice and everyone had a plenty of space. The breakfast was good and pool/hot tub were fun. The only thing that got me on this trip was the entrance. You pull into the garage below and have to go up to the 6th floor to check in. Also you have to valet your car or park across the street, but it was still a good experience. When we come back to Nashville we will be looking to stay here again.

Great location, beautiful rooms with a great view. Why the one star review then? We got stuck in an elevator for 50 minutes on the 15th floor which caused us to miss breakfast and miss our flight because we obviously didn't budget that time into our morning. When I talked to the front desk about some sort of compensation they were minimally apologetic and barely compensated us. I would like to know if they had ever been trapped in an elevator with their 11 year old child. If they had, they probably would have compensated better because they would understand how terrifying the experience was and continues to be for us whenever we consider going on an elevator again. As a titanium elite with Marriott I expected better in so many ways.

Located within walking distance to all the night life, if you're into that sort of thing, rooms are far more than adequate; though this stay's room was in need of some maintenance. Second stay, I will say I prefer the walk in shower in the accessible room over the tub in the standard room. Breakfast has yet to disappoint. Front desk associates and the valet personnel are among the best I've met -- and the pool/lobby bar is fantastic! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.
