If you renewed with MVA and they have not sent your sticker and registration then you can come to any of our locations to receive a substistute sticker with registration card right away.

Yes, they can print you a new registration card.
Yes, you can get temporary tags to give you time to get the vehicle inspected. Emissions does prevent you from registering a new vehicle because that is something MVA will tell you when to you need to take care of it after the car is registered.
