DO NOT MOVE HERE! Terrible when I moved in the apartment was not ready like I was told because of Covid they sent pictures doors and drawers fell off the first week my light fixture in my kitchen went out this was apron 2021 they had no Maitenence apparently so I had to wait my apartment flooded they didn’t have the proper materials to get the water up I was told to rent my own vac one of my bathrooms has mold and probably my carpet as well from flooding more than once and the mice problem, the grounds are not kept properly trash everywhere in front on my door hand prints from kids on my window, smoke detectors not changed they went off I had to call the fire department and they said my detectors were old and I needed new ones took two months to change I had to contact the state about the mold which I was told would be handled and it worse now I have videos of my bathroom and the lady stating she would get the problem fixed

We've had bed bugs on and off for years living here, but the rent is cheap so it's hard to go elsewhere. Will update if the situation is ever resolved.

I have been looking at these apartments for 2 weeks and they have not come to fix anything and I have children every day I call and they do not answer my calls these apartments are the worst to live in and the worst maintenance

I’ve been living here for years , right now it’s the worst place to live at . They never want to come fix any problems that we have in my apartment. Left the mice infestation go on for months. Me and my family bought over 100$+ worth of mouse traps and poison , when they city came the maintenance claim that they provided all of the stuff WHICH IS A LIE(I HAVE PROOF). Since this problem with the mice got out of control they have ate through ALL OF MY SHOES AND SO MANY OF MY CLOTHES AND I HAVE PROOF. Another thing is we didn’t have hot water all winter just for them to come fix it at the end of winter it’s so sick. I can’t believe they let people live like this. These people should be held accountable.
