The property manager goes over and above what most property managers do to keep the property beautiful and safe, and to assist residents in any way possible. I don’t see myself seeking other living quarters anytime soon.

The only reason I can’t give a 5 star review is because we are still in the application process and haven’t moved here yet but I would love to call Cross Creek home! I spoke with Beatrice who was an absolute gem! She was extremely professional but more importantly, she was kind. I’ve never had a more pleasant conversation with a leasing office than I had with Beatrice. She was very warm and welcoming and made me feel like Cross Creek could be worthwhile for myself and my family. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her in person, yet, but I have no doubt she’s just as dazzling in person. She was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding community and you can hear her smile over the phone. I’m excited to see what the future hold for us at Cross Creek. Apartment hunting can be so daunting and stressful but Beatrice has truly made me not want to look any further!
