Jennifer is so kind and accommodating! I work full time and she arranged a tour and walked me through the entire application process. She was very transparent with everything and was able to answer all of my questions. I was approved shortly after applying and she quickly followed up to help me finish the process! I can not commend her kindness enough!

Have been living here since January of 2021 but now we’ve found mold on multiple of our personal belongings including clothes and shoes.. was told by an office lady on 8/2/2021 that they would come with a specialist to look at our problems on 8/3/2021. When she came she didn’t have a specialist and didn’t look at all of our problems or spaces we had to show. she said the specialist has to be contacted and it will be a couple of days when asked why the specialist wasn’t brought out today since she had the entire day yesterday to contact them she smiled acted as if we were in an argument and then walked out of the apartment ignoring the other spaces we had to show. If the mold is growing on things in the room it is obviously airborne and the office is ignoring my girlfriends respiratory problems that have only gotten worse since living in this apartment. Also when moved in we found that bugs had been painted over in the cabinets.

Called multiple times and my husband has left multiple messages to inquire about touring and maybe renting a new apartment over the past several days. No responses no call back. Super unprofessional I will find somewhere better. You'd think they would want new tenants and make more money. Sad. 🤣Mayleya, we're so sorry to have missed your calls.
