They should consider moving the courts to where people actually live, and not in the middle of some rich upper class area. Just saying six times as many people live in Drexel Hill (as of 2020), Upper Darby has nearly twice as many as Drexel Hill, and Ridley is about on par with Drexel Hill. Make this place accesible to the people, not just the rich ones.

Call them and make an appointment to bring your paperwork and $20 there. It takes up to 52 weeks or less to get back
You can bring all your stuff and they will help you put it together but you have to mail it at the post office yourself. They only can do full service for a new one. They also do the pictures for , $8

Orphans court. But you cannot do that without a lawyer. It takes expert testimony and a hearing before judge.
