Went to have a glass screen protector, there were none in stock. They could not tell me when they would get more or if another store had any in stock. Sad trip😒 Ordered one on Amazon for a 1/4th of the price!!!

The last two times I was placed on the phone to talk to a Verizon representative in order to deal with my accounts. So stupid this system is but remind you Xfinity is far worse... To make things worse they lost my mom's free phone 😡
