10/10 - they helped me with a transfer with one hour til close despite never being a customer before. Amazing customer service after a truly hectic series of events elsewhere. I wish I didnt live so far from them. I had a bit of an emergency where my regular pharmacy (walgreens) did not have my medication - nor did another location and they wouldnt get it for 2 days. A completely different pharmacy lied about having it on the phone. I was basically going to be out of my meds for 2+ days after calling 3 pharmacies because of a distribution issue. I was losing hope whej I called Care Rx which is still a town over from me and they had my rx! Even though they only had 1 hr left of their day they made sure they got it for me and I barely got there in time. But they were absolutely wonderful and made a terrible day turn around. Would recommend them to anyone who wants better customer service and patient care!
