So I purchased a PO Box in July and the lady gave me the ZIP Code of 32 316 as the ZIP Code so I have been getting mail sent back to whoever been sending me mail. My God mom and my mother has also tried to send me mail to the PO Box that was given to me and all mail has been returned back to them and I pay $63 for three months for my meal to be received to this. PO Box and I haven’t received anything and everything has been returned back so now I’ve been up there trying to talk to someone about the situation. Nobody comes. Nobody answer the phone im over it and need my money back for three months I paid but never received any mail and all of my mail was returned back to family and friends so once again I wanna know what I’m paying $63 for

They lost my package that arrived at their facility 4 days ago. I took it upon myself to go their location after the tracking information stated it was at the postal office and was awaiting scan. It’s been 4 days! The customer service was terrible, the young lady helping me showed no sense of urgency as she was slowly walked to the back. I asked to speak with the delivery supervisor and he also lacked people skills and a sense of urgency. He stated that this happens often. My question is who are they hiring and why is this location even still around if all they do is lose peoples packages once receiving them. This is absolutely ridiculous. They have no attention to detail and clearly care very little for peoples property. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sorry excuse for a postal office. Update: it’s been over two weeks since my package arrived at this location. It was most likely stolen by one of the employees. Avoid this location if possible.

I ordered a package from Amazon, which was supposed to arrive two days later. It reached their building on the day it was supposed to be delivered to my house. So fast forward, my package never came, but the mailman was here placing mail in the mailboxes. I went to look where my package was, and it was still at USPS. I gave it another day... It still never came. On Saturday, I went up there. I spoke about my issue, and they tried to say they hadn't received it. I told them my tracking number. “Oh, it did come through here. Let me go check.” 😒Folks were playing in the back room, and I was standing for a good 15 mins for the postmaster to tell me, “Your package came through here, but we don't know where it is.” And gave me the excuse, “We have over 10,000 packages, and it will be hard to find yours.” I stood quiet for a good 5 secs before I said, “okay.” Because any other day yall be quick to send me things I don't want to seem like my bills, but now yall want to act up with my package. Amazon is no help either. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. Like, come on, I have to wait six days to request a refund all because people that work in a government system don't want to take their jobs seriously. And Amazon has a contract with them. Why are they not communicating? Like, “Hey, we cant accept packages at the moment. We are backed up.” Moral of the story... Please get information about who is delivering your items before buying. Just disappointing.

Same here. I also get my mail 2 weeks to a month after the stamped date on it. I'm so annoyed because this is the 4th time this has happened.

I did that twice only to be told to file a claim. Nothing happens from there but I see someone in my complex wearing what I ordered!
Be patient..
Try talking to the carrier. He/she may not realize that there is a problem with that delivery.
Call and give them the tracking number so they can locate the package. Also, double check your tracking number.
